How It Works

Ofloxacin. It blocks DNA gyrase, an enzyme bacteria need to copy their DNA.

How to Use

Dose. Give Ofm Suspension exactly as your vet prescribes. The dose depends on your pet's weight, age and condition.
Measuring. Shake well before each dose. Measure with a dosing syringe and give slowly into the side of the mouth.
Missed dose. Give it as soon as you remember, unless the next dose is nearly due. Never give two doses together.
Storage. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, unless the pack gives other storage directions. Keep out of reach of children.

Safety and Precautions

It has a very bitter taste and can cause drooling or loss of appetite.
Stop and call your vet straight away if your pet becomes wobbly, has a head tilt, unusual eye movements or fits.
Not for pregnant animals unless your vet says so.
Stop and call your vet if your pet has vomiting, diarrhoea, a rash or swelling of the face.
Tell your vet about any other medicines your pet takes, and if your pet is pregnant, nursing or has liver or kidney problems.
