It is made for people. Vets sometimes prescribe it for pets, for example for joint support. Give it to your pet only if your vet has prescribed it.

How It Works

• Glucosamine. It supplies the raw material cartilage cells use to repair and maintain cartilage.

How to Use

• Dose. Follow the dose on the pack or the amount your vet advises for your pet's weight.
• Giving a tablet. Place it at the back of the tongue, close the mouth gently and stroke the throat until your pet swallows. You can also hide it in a small piece of food if your vet says this is fine.
• Storage. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, unless the pack gives other storage directions. Keep out of reach of children.

• Tell your vet about any other medicines your pet takes, and if your pet is pregnant, nursing or has liver or kidney problems.
